Shipping & Returns

Shipping Options

  • Signature ELEDÉ Box or Soft Envelope ($5.50 or FREE on orders $75+): Your jewels will come in our resealable ELEDÉ pouch in our custom box or our branded soft envelope. 
  • Express Shipping and Handling ($30): In a hurry? This option guarantees one-day express shipping. 
  • Insured Shipping and Handling ($12): In case that your package is not delivered for any reason, Insured Shipping and Handling guarantees an order replacement. If you do not select this option we can't offer an order replacement.  
  • International Shipping and Handling ($30): This option is for international orders only. Carriers may vary depending on the location (DHL, FedEx, or USPS International). Delivery time also varies. 

Shipping Policy 

    • Each order takes between 3-5 business days to arrive at you once the order gets shipped through USPS. Our estimated shipping time is between 1-2 weeks. Each order is unique; therefore, it might take us a few more days to process, depending on the work that it takes to make it. 
    • We will notify you if any item is a backorder or out of stock. Your package will be shipped once we have all the items included in your order.
    • Please note that our estimated shipping and arrival time refers to standard working days. Holidays, weather conditions, and the wrong address provided will cause a delay in your delivery.

Return Policy 

  • Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you credit or exchange.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Earrings are exempt from being returned. Such exemption applies to all earrings purchased from our website. 
  • Additional non-returnable items are gift cards and sale items. 
  • The client is responsible for reshipment costs ($5). 
  • To complete your return, please contact us at info@eledepr.com. 
  • Please not that we do not offer money refunds. 
We will not place credit or exchange if: 
  • The item is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
  • The item is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@eledepr.com.

Reshipment:  

  • Once you email us, we will create a return label with your information. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your reshipment costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
