Can’t Find What You Saw On Our Feed? 

  • Most likely the item belonged to a past collection and we no longer have it in stock. 

    Care Tips 

    • We recommend using a dry jewelry polishing cloth. 
    • Avoid having direct contact with perfume, sweat, or any liquid.
    • Take it off before going to bed and store it in a cool, dry place. 

    Materials Guide 

    • Stainless steel & sterling silver 925:  durable, doesn't tarnish, & waterproof. 
    • Gold plated over brass: excellent quality and lasting. We prefer to use 14k, 18k, and 24k. 
    • Gold-filled: Long lasting and great gold finish.  
    • 925 Sterling silver with 18k gold plated triple layer: durable and doesn't tarnish easily. 
    • Gold 14k: never tarnishes and will last you a lifetime.

      Customer Service Hours 

      • Monday-Friday from 10am to 5pm.

      Customer Claims 

      • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
      • Contact us via email or our contact form.
      • We will not issue a store credit/product exchange if more than 48 hours have gone since package delivery. Please adhere strictly to this condition so we can help you effectively. 
      • No claims will be given if the item is not in its original packaging.
      • No claims will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or handling by the customer. 
      • No claims for sale items. All sales are final. 
      • No claims for any allergic reaction caused by our jewelry. 
      • No claims for missing or stolen packages. The client is responsible for tracking and receiving the package. 
      • No claims for jewelry that is been used.  
      Estimated Shipping Time 
      • 7 to 14 business days for domestic orders.
      • Custom orders may take longer.
      • Holidays may delay the shipping time.
      • International shipping time varies. 
      • You can always choose Express Next Day Shipping as your preferred shipping method for faster delivery. 

          Order Confirmation 

          • Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.
          • Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact us via email and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email. 

            Order Cancellations 

            • We are not able to cancel or amend orders placed through our website nor DM.
            • If two orders are placed at the same time by the same customer, we will not be able to refund for shipping. However, you can contact us, and we can combine orders to be shipped under the same package. 

            Payment Methods

            • Orders and payments are processed through our website only. 

            Shipping Rates Explained

            • Standard Shipping and Handling (Free on orders $75+): Shipped via USPS.
            • Insured Shipping and Handling ($12): This option guarantees your money back or replacement in case of a missing package. Shipped via USPS. 
            • Express Shipping and Handling ($30): In a hurry? This option guarantees one-day express shipping. Shipped via USPS.
            • International Shipping and Handling ($30): This option is for international orders only. Carriers may vary depending on the location (DHL, FedEx, or USPS International).

              What Address Should I Use?

              • It depends on the carrier. 
                For USPS: Use your postal address only. If you use your physical address your package will be returned to the sender. In that case, you’ll be responsible for paying a $5 fee so we can re-send the package to a new address. 
                DHL/UPS/FEDEX: Use your physical address only. If you use your postal address your package will be returned to the sender. In that case, you’ll be responsible for paying a $5 fee so we can re-send the package to a new address.

                • We are based in Puerto Rico.
